By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. These terms outline the rights and obligations between you and Miracle Studio regarding the graphic design services provided.

Services & Deliverables

Services include, but are not limited to, branding, packaging, logo design, and other graphic design solutions.
Deliverables will be provided in agreed file formats and within the timeline specified in the project agreement.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required in advance before any work begins.
Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Invoices must be paid in full before the start of the project.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Upon full payment, you receive full rights to the final design (unless stated otherwise).
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

Revisions & Modifications

Revisions are included as per the agreed project scope. Additional changes beyond this may be subject to extra charges.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project if terms are violated.
If a project is terminated by the client after work has begun, no refunds will be issued.
