Refund-Policy

As a service-based business offering graphic design solutions such as branding, packaging, and other custom services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However, exceptions may apply under specific circumstances.

Eligibility for Refunds

a. If you cancel the project before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund.
b. Once initial concepts or drafts have been shared, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
c. No refunds will be issued after final approval and delivery of files.

Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

To ensure client satisfaction, we offer a set number of revisions (as agreed in the project scope). If you are not satisfied, additional Concepts/revisions may be available at an extra cost.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Client delays or failure to provide necessary information.

• Change of mind after the project has started.

• Work that has already been approved and delivered.
